Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Reserve Prive

Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Réserve Privée
Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Réserve Privée is a non-vintage champagne that combines tradition, balance, and personality. Signed by a historic house founded in 1730, it is born from a consolidated savoir-faire and a style designed to offer immediate pleasure without sacrificing finesse. The cuvée combines Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay in a classic and harmonious blend, capable of expressing an elegant, fragrant, and versatile profile.
Territory and wine style
The production area includes Vallée de la Marne and Aube, two important regions of Champagne that help define the character of the sparkling wine with different and complementary nuances. The result is a Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Réserve Privée with a balanced profile, where the structure of Pinot Noir integrates with the softness of Pinot Meunier and the freshness of Chardonnay. The dosage of 7 g/l supports the Brut style with moderation, keeping the sip crisp and pleasantly soft.
Tasting notes
In the glass, it presents a bright robe of copper gold and a fine, continuous perlage. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of peony, quetsche, and peach, accompanied by more mature hints of pear, dates, and toasted almonds. On the palate, it shows a well-achieved balance between liveliness and richness, with a soft texture but supported by freshness, good breadth, and an elegant finish. The style is harmonious, creamy on the palate, and refined by a pleasant persistence.
Recommended pairings
Thanks to its balanced structure, Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Réserve Privée pairs easily with refined appetizers, delicate cold cuts, shellfish, fish tartare, seafood carpaccios, and appetizers based on raw or smoked fish. It is also suitable for poultry dishes, quiches, light risottos, and medium-aged cheeses, where its freshness helps cleanse the palate without overpowering the flavors.
Serving temperature
To best appreciate Champagne Chanoine Frères Brut Réserve Privée, a serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C is recommended. A brief stay in the refrigerator before pouring helps enhance its aromatic finesse and taste precision. A long oxygenation time is not necessary: just open it gently and serve it in glasses suitable for quality sparkling wines.
