Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta Limited Edition
Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta LIMITED EDITION is an exclusive distillate signed by Berta Distilleries, designed for those seeking a collectible grappa that combines tradition, time, and a truly unique story. Territory and wine style
This grappa expresses the style of the great Piedmontese distilleries, with careful processing of raw materials and maturation in wood. The base consists of pomace from the Berta Selection distilled using a discontinuous method, then left to rest for a long time in large barrels and smaller containers. The result is an evolved, complex, and harmonious distillate, where the wood accompanies without overshadowing the personality of the raw material. Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta LIMITED EDITION thus fits into the segment of important grappas, suitable for meditation and prestigious gifts.
Tasting notes
In the glass, it shows a rich and intense profile, with hints of ripe red fruits, toasted nuances, and an overall sensation of great fullness. On the palate, it is enveloping, warm, and structured, supported by a soft texture that makes the drinking experience elegant and smooth despite its complexity. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent, with a taste progression that enhances the refinement and aromatic depth. Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta LIMITED EDITION is a distillate that focuses on balance, intensity, and finesse.
Recommended pairings
It pairs well with dark chocolate, dry pastries, sweet truffles, structured desserts, and aged cheeses with a strong flavor. It is also ideal as a digestif, accompanying moments of meditation or a slow tasting, when one wishes to appreciate the complexity of the distillate. Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta LIMITED EDITION can also accompany cigars and special occasions, thanks to its full and sophisticated profile.
Serving temperature
The ideal serving temperature is 16-18°C, in order to preserve the balance between alcohol, aromas, and smoothness. It does not require long oxygenation but can benefit from a few minutes in the glass to open up better and bring out its more articulated notes. Served calmly, Ditirambo Harmonized Grappa Berta LIMITED EDITION offers the best of its evolution in wood.
