Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot

Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot, mineral elegance and fine craftsmanship
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot is a refined and distinctive cuvée, an authentic expression of the Maison Henriot and its connection to the great terroirs of Chardonnay. It is made from grapes primarily sourced from the Côte des Blancs and combines precision, freshness, and complexity in a profile of great balance. It is a Champagne designed for those seeking an authoritative sparkling wine, capable of accompanying both the aperitif moment and a more structured table.
Territory and wine style
This Blanc de Blancs is made 100% from Chardonnay and particularly highlights the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, with prestigious references such as Mesnil-sur-Oger and Avize. An important part of the blend comes from reserve wines, an element that contributes to the depth and stylistic coherence of the cuvée. The aging on the lees for 4-5 years imparts maturity, complexity, and a more harmonious texture, while the dosage of less than 8 g/l keeps the sip taut, clean, and precise.
Tasting notes
In the glass, it presents a pale gold color, bright and crystalline, accompanied by a fine and lively perlage. The bouquet is broad and luminous: notes of citrus, lemon, and ripe peaches emerge, along with floral hints of honeysuckle, orange blossom, and linden. With oxygenation, hints of pastry, butter brioche, dried apricot, and a delicate touch of acacia honey come to the fore. On the palate, it is dynamic, broad, and powerful, supported by a clear freshness and a savory, persistent finish.
Recommended pairings
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot pairs with great versatility with seafood, oysters, fish tartare, shellfish, and quality sushi. Its mineral tension and aromatic complexity also make it suitable for richer preparations, such as delicate poultry, seafood risottos, fresh cheeses, and dishes with butter and citrus. It is a Champagne that enhances both seafood cuisine and an elegant, contemporary gastronomic proposal.
Serving temperature
Serve Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot at 9-10°C, in order to preserve freshness, finesse of the perlage, and aromatic breadth. It does not require decanting; simply open it carefully and let it express itself in the glass.
