Territory and wine style
Produced in the Champagne AOC denomination, this 2008 vintage is made from grapes sourced from 18 crus, including Aÿ, Verzenay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Cramant. The blend consists of 71% Pinot Noir and 29% Chardonnay, a combination that expresses structure, depth, and aromatic lift. Fermentation in oak barrels and the long aging on the lees contribute to defining a complex, elegant, and very gastronomic style. The dosage of 3 grams per liter confirms a dry and precise imprint, capable of enhancing the wine’s personality without dulling its tension.
